KP'S VIETNAMESE AMERICAN DELI
The Vietnamese sandwich marries the brilliance of Vietnamese cuisine's flavors with the perfection of the French baguette.
KP's Deli offers a selection of Vietnamese sandwiches (Banh Mi) and American sandwiches with a Vietnamese twist. The signature Banh Mi is a Vietnamese classic that starts with a toasted French baguette and is filled with your choice of Vietnamese-spiced deli meats. The spice of the meat and the warmth of the bread are perfectly complemented by the cool crunchiness of cucumber and lightly pickled carrots and daikon radish. Cilantro adds fresh flavor and jalapeno adds heat. Vegetarian alternatives are also available. Other popular menu items are the traditional Spring Rolls (vegetarian rolls also available) and a variety of salads. There is also a breakfast menu with French-influenced pastries, fruit, cheese and whole grain breads. And, of course, KP's Deli serves Vietnamese iced coffee.
