Lunchtime Grind-Core Yoga w/Kyle
Looking for a lunchtime yoga that is a little bit more metal? Would you rather move through your flow to distorted, down-tuned guitars, high speed tempo, blast beats, and vocals which consist of incomprehensible growls, or high-pitched shrieks rather than chants?
This is a beginners/intermediate class focusing on moving your core through a rigorous lunchtime practice. Leave your om at home, show up for a noontime blast. Leap in Wednesday February 29th 12:00pm. This class will be every Wednesday at noon.

Co-op28 Gallery Presents Richard Thornsberry & CJ Mammarella
For immediate release:
Co-op28 Gallery Presents Richard Thornsberry & CJ Mammarella
May 9 – May 26, 2012
Opening Reception: Saturday, May 12 from 6-9pm
Co-op 28 Gallery is pleased to presents Los Angeles artists Richard Thornsberry & CJ Mammarella. Both Mammarella and Thornsberry celebrate the figure and all its glory. These unrepentant portrait artists toy with what is beautiful, powerful, uncomfortable and acceptable. Their works share many common themes but each artist has a unique approach when rendering their subjects. Thornsberry’s style hits you with a realistic brutality that is unapologetic and confrontational while Mammarella’s creations are more quiet and contemplative. Join us in celebrating these two talented visionaries.
Located at 1728 N. Vermont Ave. in Los Feliz, Co-op 28 Gallery is the exhibition annex to Marci Siegel's boutique Co-op 28. We have revolving shows offering the work of local artists in a new atmosphere that's both inviting and relaxing.
